Winter's nearly over!
Keeping busy at the moment with family commitments but enjoying experimenting with ink and watercolour when time permits! Hoping that as the days lengthen I will be inspired to create more images to show!

Inspirations!
Have had a few enquires as to whether the composition of the prints are actually "real life" locations or entirely from my imagination!
Well, The Highland Garden is based on a secluded cottage and garden in Inverness-shire, Scotland. Le Jardin was drawn from photographs of a real life home in France, while Holker Hall Gardens resulted from photographs and sketches done while visiting Holker Hall in Cumbria. If anyone would like more information about the background/narrative to any of these three prints just get in touch.
Currently working on a new print for release in the New Year!

Its an exciting time! I have just got 3 of my garden scene pen and ink illustrations back from Adrain at JAK Fine Art printers and I'm really pleased the results.
